Be prepared for extremely long shipping times

Ordered a pair of glasses, said they will arrive in 4-7 business days. Been over 2 weeks and still have not shipped. Asked to cancel my order because they have yet to ship. Was told they are now in the shipping queue and are not able to cancel order. That was two days ago, still have not shipped. After reading reviews it sounds like this is normal operating procedures at Diff. Tell customers that they are delayed due to changing shipper or warehouse. Ask to cancel your order and they will tell you they are in the process of shipping and still nothing. Way too many options out there for better quality product with actual customer service. Pass on Diff!

18th of August I’ve placed the order

18th of August I’ve placed the order, waited almost there weeks for the packed to leave the warehouse (I was informed that they are changing shipping provider and due to that there are some delays). Than it turned out that my package was lost/stukkend somewhere and I was told my order has to be reprocessed again. I was promised that it will be handled and shipped with priority (Max 2-3 days). Today is day no 3 and the package still didn’t leave the warehouse! After contacting customer service I was told it’ll be shipped soon…

Shipping is Atrocious

I have been waiting over a MONTH for my glasses. I ordered blue light ones, because my old ones broke that I used every day. I received shipping notifications, and they were lost in transit. I contacted them, they told me I had to wait 10 days, I waited, contacted again. Then I got an order confirmation that day for a new pair, it has been over two weeks and it's still in confirmation. I sent them an email asking when they'd be shipped and they told me they were switching to a new warehouse, which they could have made that known when they had to put in a replacement order, because I was already annoyed. I've emailed asking for a refund because this is ridiculous. I am not a happy camper. I'll just stick with Quay or Blenders from now on.

Edit: I received an email reply saying that they wont be able to refund me because my order has shipped, how convenient on the timing, right? So, I'm sure they'll come here and say that the issue was resolved to try to save face. To me, it is not resolved on my end, I'd rather have my refund at this point. I won't be buying from them again.

It’s a SCAM!

I purchased from this company order #1578139 Aug 2022 and haven’t received my order yet! Every time I reach out to the company it’s an excuse from Hailey that they’ve changed shipping companies or it just made it to the warehouse or blah blah blah! It’s a scam, Don’t by from them!

2 pair and loving them

I ordered my first pair of Diff sunglasses after trying my daughters. Loved them!!! I have sense ordered two more pair and love love love them.

Poor quality and long shipping time

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses. They took 32 days to arrive from the date of order. The sunglasses are decent. The lens jut out at the bottom of one of the frames, but not enough to be annoying. I found the glasses I ordered to be very poor quality. They arrived with a scratch and after several messages with customer service, they sent me a replacement pair. It took 14 days for the replacement to show up. They arrived and at first I wondered if they had sent the right pair. They are similar, but the second pair is a bit larger and somehow the quality seems even worse. The frames are heavy and uncomfortable. I expected more for the price. I won't be purchasing from DIFF again and I wouldn't recommend them.

Eleven Days Ago!

Eleven days ago, I received my order of two pair of sunglasses. One was correct and one was not! I immediately tried to contact the company and resolve the issue. That day! This is the correspondence I received back:

It's been 10 days!! I've written them every 48 hours! And... nothing! This company is a scam! Can't find what organization they donate to!
Save your money!! I know it makes you (myself included) feel good to think you are also donating to a charitable cause, but just we "donate to eyesight around the world" is not an organization!
By the way... I am still being bombarded by emails from this company to purchase more sunglasses! Hah!

Missing screw, speedy replacement!

I recently made a purchase of two pairs of glasses. I had them for a few weeks no issues. One of the arms fell off of one of the pairs out of nowhere. It was missing a screw for some reason. I take really good care of my glasses so it was kind of weird. I contacted the company because I don’t think I created an account when I ordered the glasses so I didn’t have an order number. They got right back to me and ended up replacing the glasses! I sent them pictures and they didn’t give me a hard time about not having my order number ready. Will definitely be ordering from Diff again!
